Degree and PhD in Law (Artificial Intelligence Law) from the University of Valencia with extensive specialized training in legal and technological areas in entities such as the UV, the Blockchain Law Institute, MIT or the Instituto de Empresa (IE). He holds various awards and recognitions as a researcher and professional, as well as international certifications such as CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC and CDPSE, as well as national ACP or DPD.
He is a professor in different programs and masters in different universities and entities in Digital Law and Artificial Intelligence, as well as a regular speaker at congresses and conferences in this area. He is a researcher in Artificial Intelligence Law and author of several monographs and research articles on Technology Law and Artificial Intelligence.
He is a member of various national and international organizations and associations in the technology and digital sector, and has held various positions and functions in them.
